Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any
loss or damage suffered due to delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address
provided or upon collection from our store. Ownership of the goods passes to
you once full payment has been received.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds,
exchanges, or returns for change of mind after delivery.


Each request outside the ACL will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your rug is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please
contact us within 7 days after delivery.



We will assess your claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
and may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and
photographs of the issue.

Product Descriptions and Colours

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and
imagery are accurate. However, due to variations in lighting, photography, and
display settings, colours and textures of rugs may differ slightly from those
displayed online or in-store. All rugs are hand made and can have variation
between products and batches.

These variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.

Variable Size Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, allow for up to a 10% size discrepancy. No refunds based on sizing within this range.
